Setelah itu, ketan dikukus lagi sampai matang. 4. Siapkan wadah. Masukkan kelapa parut, gula pasir, dan garam dicampur dan diuleni sampai keluar santannya. 5. Siapkan wajan, masukkan kelapa yang telah diuleni dengan bahan-bahan tadi, lalu jerangkan. 6. Kalau sudah, masukkan beberapa tetes pewarna dan essens sesuai selera. 7. Setelah matang, bungkus dan bentuk dengan kertas minyak, sesuai selera.
